Kitty Spout is seeking a hands‑on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across the site, landing pages, funnels and upsells. You will set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, and ship the winners as we scale a fast‑growing DTC brand.
The ideal candidate has 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands, deep hands‑on Intelligems experience, and a proven record of lifting CVR, AOV, or revenue per visitor with data to back it up.
