An exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, client development and profile-raising initiatives within a leading global law firm's Real Estate practice.
Working closely with senior partners and international M&BD teams, the successful candidate will help deliver global business plans, strengthen key client relationships and identify new revenue opportunities across UK and international markets.
Key responsibilities:- Drive strategic business development plans, client targeting and account management.
- Lead high-profile pitches, RFPs and new business proposals.
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns, events and profile-raising initiatives.
- Oversee directory submissions, thought leadership and client listening programmes.
- Coordinate global communications, budgets and wider M&BD projects.
- Significant M&BD experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong expertise in client relationship management, pitching and business development strategy.
- Commercial acumen, excellent project management skills and budget oversight experience.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with the confidence to work with senior partners and international teams.

Working pattern:35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working arrangements considered.
