Demand Marketing Specialist Fully Remote

• This is a fully remote 12-month contract role with a growing software organization, contributing to demand generation and global go-to-market strategies.
• You will collaborate with marketing leaders, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, results-oriented programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and strengthen the sales pipeline.
• Manage email nurture programs, webinars, and marketing asset development using marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to continuously improve lead generation and pipeline contribution.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience in demand generation, field marketing, event marketing, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, including email and nurture workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Fully remote work flexibility with occasional visits to the headquarters in North York, Ontario.
• Professional development and exposure to B2B demand generation, marketing analytics, and global go-to-market initiatives.
