Senior Performance Marketing Manager; Fully Remote

• Hands-on role owning paid acquisition end to end, including budget, channels, and metrics.
• Work directly with Head of Growth and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own paid strategy and execution across SEM, paid social, and future channels like CTV.
• Manage budget allocation, testing cadence, and landing page conversion improvements.
• Report weekly on performance and drive decisions with clear analysis.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in performance marketing with hands-on Google Ads and paid social expertise.
• Track record owning $1M+ annual paid budgets and hitting efficiency targets.
• Strong analytical, CRO, and communication skills for a fast-moving team.
