We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Specialist with strong hands‑on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer, AJO Orchestrated Campaigns, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

The ideal candidate should have experience designing and implementing customer journeys, orchestrated campaigns, audience segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel customer engagement solutions.

• Design, build, and manage customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Develop and manage campaigns using AJO Orchestrated Campaign capabilities.
• Configure XDM schemas, datasets, and identity name spaces for AJO implementations.
• Build event‑triggered and scheduled campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.
• Create and manage audience segments using Adobe Experience Platform.
• Configure journey conditions, branching logic, wait activities, and entry criteria.
• Work with AEP schemas, datasets, identities, and Real‑Time Customer Profile.
• Implement personalization using customer profile attributes, event data, and dynamic content.
• Develop and troubleshoot message templates, content fragments, and decisioning rules.
• Configure data sources, events, and actions for journey orchestration.
• Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and optimize customer engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, data engineering, and business teams to deliver customer experience solutions.

• 8+ years of overall experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) .
• Hands‑on experience with AJO Orchestrated Campaigns .
• Good knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) .
• Understanding of Real‑Time Customer Profile, XDM schemas, datasets, and identity name spaces.
• Experience in audience segmentation and journey orchestration.
• Knowledge of email delivery, personalization, and campaign execution.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, JSON, and data integration.
• Understanding of consent management, data governance, and privacy requirements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Must be available to join within 0–30 days.
• Comfortable working remotely from anywhere in India.
