Indonesian Language Social Media Community Moderator remote

Social Factor is always looking for great moderation talent with Indonesian language experience.

We are looking for project based, temporary or part-time work moderators working in English and Indonesian.

The Community Moderator role will work to develop strong, growing, digital communities for some of the world's most well-known brands as work becomes available.

• Native-level understanding of Indonesian language
• Deep understanding of respective language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users
• Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands)
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills (skills and/or language test will be given for final candidates)
• Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms:
  Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, Linked In, etc.

Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.

Personal internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbps.
