We're looking for a Customer Marketing Content Editor to join our Customer Marketing team. In this role, you'll play an important part in delivering personalised customer communications by building, checking and publishing content accurately and efficiently across a range of marketing channels. Working closely with the Lead Content Editor and wider squad teams, you'll help ensure communications are delivered to the highest standards, following agreed processes, controls and governance requirements.
You'll manage day-to-day content production activities, including content set-up, amendments, approvals, scheduling and issue resolution. Working with marketing, digital, technology, risk and other specialist teams, you will help deliver effective customer communications while ensuring accuracy, compliance and a strong control environment. You'll also contribute to testing, process improvements and enhancements to templates, tooling and workflows, helping the team continuously improve how content is delivered.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in content production, digital publishing or communications delivery, ideally within a regulated or high-control environment. You'll use your attention to detail, problem-solving skills and knowledge of content management systems to ensure communications reach customers accurately and on time.
Customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. You'll help deliver engaging and compliant communications that support our members while maintaining the quality, consistency and governance standards expected across Customer Marketing. You'll also have the opportunity to support colleagues, share knowledge and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our content production capabilities.
