Role Overview This organization is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Expert to drive strategic brand initiatives for an iconic basketball line. The successful candidate will spearhead digital marketing concepts, developing a creative vision that connects seasonal releases with key cultural moments. Collaborating with cross-functional team members, this professional will guide projects from ideation through execution within a dynamic and matrixed corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the specific brand culture and community expectations.
* Generate innovative ideas and insights to deliver a cohesive, forward-looking creative marketing vision.
* Ensure seamless integration and connectivity across seasonal product releases, cultural moments, and digital touchpoints.
* Manage complex work streams in a fast-paced environment, maintaining strong communication channels across multiple team departments.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders and team members to drive project deliverables to successful completion.

Required Qualifications

* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
*
* Experience:

** At least 5+ years of experience in Global Digital Marketing, with a deep understanding of basketball and relevant athletic culture.
** Technical

Skills:

** Advanced expertise in Key Note, with the ability to build compelling, professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
* Proven experience managing complex digital ecosystems, e-commerce channels, and social media platforms.
* Strong familiarity with influencer culture management and digital community engagement.
* Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, matrixed environments.
* Prior experience within the athletic footwear, apparel, or consumer goods industry.
