Our client, a forward-thinking e-commerce platform, is actively seeking a talented Digital Content Creator & SEO Specialist to join their innovative marketing team based in Centurion, Gauteng . You will play a crucial role in enhancing our client's online presence, driving organic traffic, and improving user engagement across their digital properties.

This is a remote-friendly position, offering flexibility while being integral to the success of our client's operations in Centurion .

• Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for various digital channels, including blog posts, website copy, social media updates, email newsletters, and video scripts.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings for target keywords.
• Monitor website analytics and SEO performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and reporting on progress.
• Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Optimize existing content for search engines and user experience.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure content is visually appealing and technically sound.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and content marketing best practices.
• Analyze competitor content and SEO strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Manage content distribution across relevant online platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital content creation and SEO.
• Demonstrable success in improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic through content optimization.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong understanding of grammar and style.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like Word Press.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Understanding of the South African e-commerce market, particularly in the Gauteng region, is beneficial.
