Social Media Community Manager; Remote

Our client is looking for a passionate and engaging Social Media Community Manager to foster and grow their online community, working entirely remotely to serve the Kimberley audience. This role is crucial for building brand advocacy, managing online conversations, and providing excellent customer support through social channels. You will be the voice of the brand, interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and creating a positive and interactive community environment.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, empathetic, proactive, and adept at managing online reputation in a fully remote setting that values connection and brand loyalty.

• Actively monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner.
• Foster positive relationships with followers and build a strong sense of community.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates within the community.
• Monitor online conversations and sentiment related to the brand and industry.
• Report on community engagement metrics and provide insights for strategy improvement.

• Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and engaging tone.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management best practices.
• Experience in customer service or support is highly beneficial.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote role.
