Are you a creative, hands‑on marketer who loves turning ideas into finished work? We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to help build and strengthen Meredith Hirsh’s personal brand and the Working Healthcare podcast.
Working directly with Meredith, you’ll bring both brands to life through content, design, video, social media, email, website updates and events. You’ll also manage the podcast guest experience and coordinate production to keep episodes and promotional campaigns moving on schedule.
This role is about ownership. You’ll manage the entire social media process—from planning and creating content to publishing posts, responding to the community and monitoring analytics. We’re looking for someone who enjoys doing the work, takes initiative and follows through without repeated reminders.
This is a hybrid role with a combination of in‑office/in‑studio and work‑from‑home days. Candidates must be available to work on‑site or in‑studio in Delray Beach, FL for scheduled office days, podcast recordings and other in‑person activities as needed.
What You’ll Do- Own social media for both brands across designated platforms, including Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and You Tube.
- Plan, create, schedule and publish original content, including graphics, long and short‑form videos, behind‑the‑scenes footage and promotional posts.
- Monitor accounts daily, respond to comments and messages and engage with relevant guests, organizations and industry conversations.
- Track social media analytics, prepare monthly performance summaries and use insights to improve content and audience engagement.
- Manage podcast guest communications, scheduling, preparation and follow‑up while maintaining accurate records in Pipedrive and Google Sheets.
- Attend podcast recordings in person at the podcast studio, support recording logistics and capture behind‑the‑scenes content.
- Coordinate with the podcast studio, review edited episodes and publish approved episodes through Buzzsprout and You Tube.
- Create weekly email campaigns, update website content and maintain Meredith’s speaker media kit.
- Maintain content and production calendars, coordinate planning sessions and keep projects moving through review and approval.
- Support speaking engagements, events, podcast award submissions and special brand initiatives.
- At least five years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, communications, advertising, content creation, podcast production or a related field.
- A degree in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or Public Policy.
- Experience independently managing social media from content planning and creation through publishing, community engagement and analytics reporting.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud or similar platforms, with the ability to create polished graphics and branded materials.
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Experience capturing and editing short‑form video.
- The ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into practical improvements.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and recurring deadlines.
- Professionalism, discretion and sound judgment when working with guests, public communications and confidential information.
- Experience supporting a personal brand, podcast, executive, speaker or media organization.
- Familiarity with Pipedrive or other CRMs, Buzzsprout, Squarespace, Google Workspace, Zoom and social media scheduling or analytics tools.
- Experience with email marketing, website maintenance, guest coordination or event promotion.
- A genuine interest in healthcare and understanding…
