This position partners with center organizations, project teams, agency leadership, and subject-matter experts to deliver clear, accurate, and timely information that advances mission objectives and promotes organizational awareness. Assignments may vary based on evolving agency priorities, mission requirements, and center initiatives.

Responsibilities may include communications support for:

• Public affairs and media engagement activities
• Internal communications
• Workforce and leadership communications
• Flight operations and mission communications
• Aeronautics and aerospace research initiatives
• Executive and strategic communications
• Special initiatives and priority projects
• Emergency, contingency, and incident communications

• 3-5 years of applicable experience

The Communications Strategist II is expected to adapt to changing priorities and provide communications expertise wherever organizational needs arise. This position is on-site, with occasional remote work available with prior approval.
