Brand Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a premium wine estate and hospitality provider, is seeking a vibrant and organized Brand Marketing Coordinator to support their marketing efforts. This role is based in the historic town of Paarl, Western Cape , and operates on a hybrid model, combining office-based responsibilities with the flexibility of remote work. The Brand Marketing Coordinator will assist in the execution of brand marketing strategies, focusing on creating engaging content, managing social media, supporting events, and coordinating marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and help drive brand awareness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, and has a creative flair. • Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing plans and campaigns.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email newsletters.
• Schedule and publish social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and inquiries.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, promotions, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, hospitality, winemaking) to gather content and ensure brand alignment.
• Assist in managing marketing collateral inventory and distribution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Track and report on key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance.
• Maintain and update marketing databases and contact lists.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field. Internships are considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
• Experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with the wine or hospitality industry is an advantage.
