Kitty Spout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid funnels and on-site offers. You will set strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch them and ship the winners.
We spend $2M+ per month on Meta; 3–4+ years CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands is required, with deep Intelligems expertise and proven tests that lift CVR, AOV or RPV. This is a fully remote, full-time role.
