Enablement Manager Remote

Our client, a leading consulting firm, is hiring for a Growth Enablement Manager to join their growing team!

Build firmwide demand activation plans for the product-focused business line in partnership with leadership and regional marketing leaders.

Develop targeted campaigns, events, and lead programs that engage technology-focused decision-makers and generate new opportunities.

Equip sellers with messaging, market intelligence, campaign assets, and other tools that support business development efforts.

Collaborate across marketing, business development, and regional teams to execute programs that complement regional growth priorities.

Measure campaign performance, identify successful strategies, and scale effective programs across the organization.

6+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B environment.

Product marketing or product-focused experience.

Experience building demand-generation, account-based marketing, or sales-enablement programs that support complex sales cycles.

Hands-on experience with Hub Spot.

Experience with technology solutions, professional services, consulting, nonprofit organizations, or fundraising.

Salary: $95,000-$115,000.

Schedule:

Full-time, remote.

Location:

Ideally based near an office, with New York City preferred. Philadelphia, Chicago, and Los Angeles are also of interest.

Travel required for team meetings, events, and collaboration.
