Marketing Coordinator

This mid-level Marketing Coordinator role exists because Industrial Advantage Corp is done leaving Reno revenue on the table. This is where 5 years becomes $71,000 - $98,000, where contract hours meet real sales marketing ownership, and where Industrial Advantage Corp bets on you.

• Stand up an Influencer Marketing-driven scoring model the whole team believes
• Lead mission-driven go-to-market efforts for products launching in NV
• Rewrite the one-pager until a Reno stranger gets it in ten seconds
• Sniff out the Project Management gap that's leaking deals at handoff
• Hand the Marketing Coordinator crew a territory plan they can actually run
• Manage event sponsor ships and lead-capture programs across Reno, NV
• Set and monitor KPIs tied to revenue, retention, and acquisition cost

• The discipline to document while it's fresh, not after it's forgotten
• A bias toward asking the dumb question before the expensive mistake
• Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions
• Proven Link Building judgment when the textbook answer doesn't fit

Industrial Advantage Corp earns its keep by making sales marketing predictable, a goal-oriented promise it has quietly kept across NV. Our Reno team would rather over-communicate than leave a teammate guessing at midnight.

We combine $71,000 - $98,000 with flexible remote work, paid volunteer days, and clear opportunities for advancement.
