You’d deliver SEO across a set of our client accounts, reporting to our SEO Team Lead. You’d work independently on your own accounts within our processes, with support on anything complex or new, and you’d be part of a team that shares what it learns.
Our clients are a mix of ecommerce, beauty, B2B and financial services brands, and our SEO team works alongside specialists in Content, Digital PR, Paid Media and Social. Your job is to make sure the SEO on your accounts is accurate, on time and clearly linked to what each client is trying to achieve (visibility, traffic and the revenue or leads that follow).
Whatyou’d be doing
You’d run the day-to-day SEO on your accounts. That means keyword research, technical checks and on-site optimisation, working through the plan for each client, and reading the performance data to spot what’s working and what needs to change. You’d feed into reporting on what happened, why, and what we’re doing next, and join client calls when needed.
You’d also:
- Work with our Content and Digital PR teams on link and authority activity.
- Keep track of search trends and algorithm changes (including how AI answers are changing search) and share what matters with the team.
- Spot optimisation opportunities and raise issues early, with a clear suggestion for what to do next.
- Bring ideas to brainstorms and tests, and help improve our templates and processes.
- Share what you’re learning with the wider team (lunch and learns, blogs, cross-team sessions).
- Work with Client Services, Paid Media, Social, Content and Digital PR so SEO fits each client’s wider plan.
- You’ve got roughly one to two years’ SEO experience, ideally in an agency.
- You’ve probably worked at an agency of 20 to 100+ people with SEO, content, digital PR, paid media and social on the services list, or a specialist search agency of a similar size.
- You’re confident with the fundamentals (technical, on-page and off-page) and comfortable digging into performance data.
- You’re organised and reliable, and you hit deadlines across several accounts at once.
- You’ve had some contact with clients, or you’re keen to build it, and you can explain your work clearly.
- You’re starting to connect SEO performance to what it means for a client’s business (revenue, leads, conversions).
- Experience with ecommerce, B2B lead generation, beauty and wellbeing, or financial services clients would be a bonus.
If most of this sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you. If there are gaps, tell us in your application what you’d bring instead.
Where it could leadThere’s a development path towards Senior SEO Specialist as your experience grows, with a focus on strategy input, deeper technical confidence and commercial awareness.

You’d be joining an SEO team known for doing some exciting work:
Universal Music Group trusted us with the technical SEO for a migration of 22 websites across 17 territories. Our local SEO for Pizza Express generated over £36m in extra table bookings in 18 months. Peacocks saw a 98% year-on-year increase in organic revenue. San Carlo took around £1m of December bookings from organic search. Aldermore Bank now gets regular traffic and conversions from LLM search off the back of our work, and a single Astutis digital PR campaign earned 54 new AI citations.
Our values are Accountable, Brave and Curious. In practice this means that you own the outcome, say when something isn’t working, and keep looking for a better way to do it.
