Scientific Marketing Limited is seeking a hands-on Manager to run our paid media in-house, starting with Meta and taking over day-to-day activity from the agency. You’ll report to our CMO and collaborate with the CCO, data analyst and videographer-editor.
You’ll manage budgets, drive ROAS, and grow the function with a clear path to Head of Performance within 12–18 months. This is a fully remote role aligned to UK hours, with a salary of £55,000–£65,000 and up to 10% annual bonus.
