- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
- Develop and test audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
- Conduct A/B tests across ad creative, copy, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend to maximize performance.
- Track campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Identify and scale successful campaigns to drive consistent results.
- 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Proven ability to launch, manage, and optimize performance-driven advertising campaigns.
- Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and CPM.
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Digital or performance marketing agency experience (preferred).
- Experience managing multiple advertising accounts or client campaigns (preferred).
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, lead-generation or e-commerce advertising, and CRO or landing-page performance (preferred).
