About Us

Remote Talent LATAM connects talented professionals across Latin America with growing companies in the U.S. and other international markets. We help professionals find long-term remote opportunities where they can grow their careers while making a meaningful impact on the teams they join.

About the Client

Our client is a results-driven digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation for U.S.

-based local service businesses.

The agency helps businesses generate qualified leads through Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads (LSAs), and other digital marketing strategies. Their clients include businesses in industries such as roofing, remodeling, landscaping, legal, medical, and other high-ticket local services.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist to manage and scale campaigns for U.S.

-based local service businesses. In this role, you’ll take ownership of campaign performance, from building and launching campaigns to optimizing results and identifying opportunities for profitable growth.

You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 25–35 Google Ads accounts, with the final number depending on your capacity and performance. Account budgets typically range from $5,000 to $50,000 per month, averaging around $15,000.

This is a hands‑on, backend role focused on campaign management and measurable results rather than direct client communication. You’ll work closely with the internal team, sharing performance updates, identifying risks, and making sure campaigns continue moving in the right direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize campaigns: Build, launch, monitor, and continuously improve Google Ads and Local Services Ads (LSAs) campaigns for U.S. local service businesses.
  • Drive performance: Monitor key metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per qualified lead, qualified lead volume, and return on ad spend (ROAS), making data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Scale successful accounts: Identify opportunities to increase budgets, launch additional campaigns, explore Performance Max (PMax), and grow accounts profitably.
  • Oversee conversion tracking and landing pages: Work with an assigned assistant responsible for conversion tracking and landing page design, providing clear direction and ensuring everything is properly implemented.
  • Prioritize lead quality: Optimize campaigns for qualified leads and booked jobs, not just clicks or form submissions.
  • Document and improve processes: Maintain clear documentation of successful strategies, optimizations, and workflows that can be replicated across the team.
  • Keep the team informed: Share regular performance updates, flag potential issues, and communicate opportunities and risks proactively without waiting to be asked.
  • 2–3+ years of hands‑on Google Ads experience
, ideally in an agency environment managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for U.S.

    -based local service businesses

. You should be able to demonstrate past results through account examples, case studies, or performance data.
  • Experience managing monthly advertising budgets in the $5,000–$50,000 range, with an understanding of how to optimize and scale campaigns responsibly.
  • A strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, conversion tracking, lead quality, and optimization strategies tied to business outcomes.
  • Solid English communication skills, with the ability to explain performance trends, recommendations, and results clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive, self‑sufficient approach. You take responsibility for your accounts, identify problems early, and keep the team informed of your progress.
