- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, You Tube, Snapchat, and other paid advertising platforms
- Generate high-quality buyer and investor leads for Dubai off-plan real estate projects
- Execute campaigns targeting international markets including the UK, GCC, Europe, India, Pakistan, China, Russia/CIS, and Africa
- Manage campaigns for overseas property roadshows, investor events, exhibitions, and sales launches
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs including CPL, CPQL, Conversion Rate, Booking Rate, and ROAS
- Work closely with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and improve targeting
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
- Set up and manage tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion APIs
- 3–4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns for Dubai real estate agencies, developers, or off-plan property projects
- Demonstrated success in generating qualified international real estate leads
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, You Tube Ads, and Snapchat Ads
- Solid understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, retargeting, and conversion tracking
- Experience managing advertising budgets and improving lead quality
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
