- Own the marketing engine that drives eligible employees to engage and enroll at qualifying life events.
- Your numbers are engagement rate, contact rate, enrollment rate, and cost per enrollment.
What You'll Own:
- Multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, print, and landing pages for When Choice and When Medicare.
- Medicare 64½ outreach journeys, separation journeys, client playbooks, and conversion testing.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in lifecycle, growth, or engagement marketing with direct ownership of conversion metrics.
- Hands-on marketing automation/CRM skills and analytical fluency to build segmentation and read the funnel.
