AboutThe Role
Green Hub Digital is hiring a Marketing & Business Development Executive to support a US-based client with market research, lead generation, client relationships, and marketing activities.
This is a primarily remote position with adequate work-from-home infrastructure, resources, and operational support. Availability during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours is required.
Key Responsibilities- Research target markets and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Find prospective clients through Linked In and online research, reach out to relevant contacts, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain the client database and CRM, keeping contact details, conversation notes, and next steps up to date.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and help coordinate social media content.
- Respond to client enquiries, coordinate with the internal team, and assist management with day-to-day projects.
- BBA or equivalent qualification and at least 2 years of professional experience. Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of marketing, business development, and customer service.
- Excellent written and spoken English for client outreach and follow-up.
- Familiarity with Linked In, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Strong research and organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage follow-ups independently.
- Availability to work during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
