Accountabilities
- Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), You Tube/Google Ads, and Tik Tok.
- Drive podcast growth by increasing You Tube and Spotify subscriptions, episode views, and newsletter registrations.
- Generate revenue through campaigns promoting premium financial research dossiers and partner offers, including brokerage accounts, financial accounts, and investment tools.
- Develop and test different audience segments, creative formats, advertising messages, and budget allocations.
- Monitor campaign performance and pause, adjust, or scale campaigns based on measurable results.
- Leverage weekly podcast episodes, short-form videos, trailers, and clips to create compelling advertising campaigns.
- Set up and maintain accurate tracking systems to measure campaign performance, conversions, and revenue attribution.
- Optimize campaigns against key performance indicators, including cost per subscriber, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Start with smaller test budgets and scale successful campaigns toward an anticipated monthly advertising budget of approximately €4,000 once agreed performance targets are achieved.
- Provide concise monthly performance reports covering advertising costs, audience growth, subscriptions, conversions, and generated revenue.
- Work directly with the podcast host to align advertising strategies with audience and business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Proven expertise in at least two of the following advertising platforms:
- Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Google Ads and You Tube Ads.
- Tik Tok Ads.
- Ability to provide concrete campaign performance data, including cost per subscriber, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, budget optimization, conversion tracking, and campaign attribution.
- Knowledge of advertising policies and platform-specific requirements for financial services and investment-related promotions.
- Ability to connect advertising performance with business outcomes, including audience acquisition, newsletter growth, and revenue generation.
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Interest in financial markets, investing, or trading is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while taking full ownership of campaign performance.
- Willingness to work under a performance-based compensation model and propose a transparent structure tied to measurable results.
- Fully remote freelance arrangement, with the freedom to work from anywhere.
