Digital Marketing Account Manager; Remote, Boksburg

Our client is a leading innovator in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, seeking a Digital Marketing Lead/Manager to join their fully remote team. The role involves shaping and executing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales across digital channels. Responsibilities include SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and website optimization. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of digital marketing trends and proven ability to deliver measurable results.

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all relevant online channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality digital content and ensure brand consistency.
• Drive website traffic, lead generation, and conversions through digital tactics.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports.
• Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation.
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools and report on KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital efforts with business objectives.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimization to improve campaign performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development and execution.
• Proven track record in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work remotely.
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO is a plus.
