• Optimize campaign performance to achieve target CPA, ROAS, and LTV goals.
• Manage and allocate substantial advertising budgets efficiently across various platforms.
• Conduct in-depth A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve conversion rates.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets.
• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand reach and drive incremental sales.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertising platform representatives.
• Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy with a focus on measurable outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid acquisition channels.
• Demonstrable experience managing large ad spends and achieving significant ROI.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Linked In Ads, and other major advertising platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and customer segmentation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for a remote role.
