- You own post-signup communication across email and Whats App, driving revenue and retention.
- Own CRM strategy, flows, contact policy, and results across email and Whats App.
- Build lifecycle flows and segmentation from user behaviour and product signals.
- Run testing, measure revenue impact, and build simple reporting.
- 3+ years in CRM/lifecycle/retention marketing with revenue KPI ownership.
- Hands-on customer.io, Braze, Iterable or similar; data comfort and GDPR basics.
- Strong writing and an ethical, care-driven approach.
- Owner: you finish what you start and take on unowned areas.
- Systems thinker: you design the whole channel, not just campaigns.
- Clear communicator: you explain complex logic simply.
