Who we are:

Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S. across the media that matters most, with $4 billion in digital media under management and more than 1,200 employees. Built for marketers who demand growth and accountability, Tinuiti unites media and measurement under one roof to eliminate waste—the biggest growth killer of all and scale what works. With expert teams across Commerce, Search, Social, TV & Audio, and more, Tinuiti delivers measurable results with brutal simplicity:
Love Growth. Hate Waste.

Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you qualify, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch. Reporting to the Vice President, Creative Services, the Lead Analyst is a hands‑on authority on how Tinuiti reads, explains, and acts on creative performance.

You own the creative learning loop on our most complex and strategically important accounts, and you help build the processes, workflows, and frameworks the rest of the team runs on. With creative now serving as the most important lever in paid marketing, this role is essential to aligning our performance‑driven media and creative teams. This role has no direct reports.

Your influence comes from the quality of your work, your judgment, and your willingness to raise the bar for everyone around you. You are a data storyteller who can assess what worked, what didn’t, and why, with conviction and confidence. You are equally at home in a methodology discussion with analysts, a working session with Strategists and the Studio team, and a client meeting where your work is being challenged.

You work autonomously and take direction well. You are accountable for your output, you share progress and flag blockers before anyone has to ask, and you arrive with proposed solutions, not just problems. You will collaborate with our Creative Studio, Creative Strategy, Performance Media, Influencer/Creator, Client Partner teams, and project managers to translate data points into clear analysis and recommendations.

If you have a pulse on industry‑wide creative trends, hold yourself to an exceptionally high standard of output, and want to help shape how a discipline is built, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

You own the creative performance read, the testing insights, and the recommendations that inform what we create and test next, on your accounts and as a model for the team. You close the feedback loop: every result is read against its hypothesis, explained, and fed back into the next round of creative and testing, so learnings compound instead of restarting. Media and channel teams retain ownership of campaign management, budgets, bidding, and in‑platform execution, and you partner with them on test setup and results.

Own the Read on Tier 1 Accounts:
Lead creative performance analysis for our most complex, highest‑spend, or most strategically complex accounts. Anchor every read to the client’s business goals, with lower‑funnel metrics (such as CAC, ROAS, CPA, and LTV) as the measure of success. Use upper‑funnel and engagement metrics (such as thumbstop rate, hold rate, and CTR) to diagnose which variable(s) drove the result (hook, format, message, audience, moment, etc.).

Separate creative effect from media effect, spot ad fatigue early, and judge the creative mix for diversification and journey‑stage coverage. Read…
