Nuvia Global Foundation is an international nonprofit preparing to launch its first operations in Cameroon in 2026, focusing on trauma‑informed care, emotional healing, and educational empowerment for girls and young women (ages 13–25).
About the RoleHelp Nuvia strengthen its foundation by supporting HR processes and volunteer coordination. You’ll assist in creating HR policies, organizing documentation, and helping onboard new volunteers and staff.
Responsibilities- Draft and update HR and volunteer policies (remote work, confidentiality, etc.)
- Support recruitment efforts and help manage applications.
- Maintain volunteer databases and documents.
- Assist with onboarding and internal communications.
- Background or coursework in HR, administration, or nonprofit management.
- Organized, discreet, and people-centered.
- Good writing and document management skills (Google Workspace, Notion, etc.).
