Help Lookout Wild Film Festival Create clear and compelling descriptions of their staff member's roles to share externally with beneficiaries and partners.

• Short bios for up to 6 members of your team, including links to relevant social media profiles, preferred contact method(s), and headshot selection
• Note: this project does not include the taking or editing of headshots

Professional Bios for the 5 of us on our team. We are an all volunteer board and we are responsible for recruiting/managing volunteers, fundraising, networking in the community and building relationships, partnering with non-profit organizations, creating website, managing social media, engaging the community, providing educational opportunities in the outdoors, as well as planning and hosting the LWFF for 5,000 people.

• We currently have basic bios and member roles, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have headshots, and the ability to provide any other information you need.

This project will save us $1,792
, allowing us to provide opportunities for more youth to attend the film festival and receive a swag bag and snacks.

Sharing our bios in a professional and uniform way will be effective in showing our audience, potential volunteers and funders who we are and our WHY.

• Experience in marketing or communications, public relations a plus

• Works remotely from anywhere
• 5 - 10 hours over 1-2 weeks

• Volunteer Manager and Professional confirm who the Professional will be writing bios for and shares background and contact information for relevant staff
• Volunteer Manager and Professional align on timeline, tone, and expected length of bios

• Professional connects with individual staff members to gather additional background information (including headshots, contact information, etc.)
• Professional conducts multiple interviews, as needed

• Professional synthesizes interview notes and writes first draft of bios

• Professional shares draft of bios with relevant staff members

• Professional updates bios with feedback
• Professional provides document with bios and suggestions for implementation to Organization
