This is a part‑time, 22‑28 hours per week position based at the Administrative Office of Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County but could potentially be a hybrid role with both in‑person and remote work after onboarding is complete. [This position has the potential to become a full‑time role in the future.]

  • Support the Director of Donor Relations and the resource development team to expand fundraising programs through funder research and prospecting efforts.
  • Support the Director of Donor Relations on stewardship planning, implementation, and follow up.
  • Prepare and share materials for funder‑related meetings with relevant internal stakeholders across staff teams.
  • Successfully complete all assignments to specifications, within specified timeframe and budget as directed and in accordance with agency policies and regulations.
  • Support donor stewardship efforts including donor data entry, receipts, and campaigns.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Exceptional written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
