• Provide results-driven project management for integrated marketing and fundraising campaigns
• Lead day-to-day management of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring effective execution
• Develop complex mail strategies for multi-million-dollar budgets and supervise data management processes
• Maintain excellent client relations, leading client meetings and advocating for their needs
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations

• At least 2 years of direct mail fundraising experience in a consulting or agency setting, preferably within nonprofit, advocacy, or political work
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external communication
• Knowledge of fundraising regulations and ethical practices, along with proficiency in fundraising software and CRM systems

• Experience with creative content development for fundraising purposes
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and budget projections
