• Provide results-driven project management for integrated marketing, fundraising and communications strategies.
• Lead the day-to-day management of multi-channel campaigns and supervise the production process.
• Develop complex mail strategies for multi-million-dollar budgets and ensure compliance with fundraising regulations.
• Maintain excellent client relations and serve as an effective client advocate during meetings.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including response rates and return on investment (ROI).

• At least 2 years of experience in consulting/agency direct mail fundraising, with a background in nonprofit, advocacy or political work.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external communication.
• Knowledge of fundraising regulations and ethical practices.

• Proficiency in using fundraising software and CRM systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
• Ability to think creatively to develop compelling fundraising content.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
