Co-Chief Executive Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-CEO based in Delaware, USA with some work from home acceptable. The Co-CEO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing finances, leading strategic planning, and driving business growth in the assigned countries. Additional duties include collaborating with the executive team on business planning and long-term strategies, as well as ensuring that the foundation’s activities remain aligned with its mission and goals.

• Over 20 years of experience in Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Operational Management
• Extensive background in Contribution and Fund Administration, Program Development, and Partnership Management
• Over 20 years of experience in the Non-Profit sector
• Strong Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving abilities
• Knowledge of Legal Compliance and Ethical Standards in international non-profit organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Ukrainian or Portuguese is an asset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and innovative approach
• Skilled public speaker with confidence in high-visibility settings
• Demonstrates a respectful and professional attitude
• Advanced degree preferred:
  Master’s or PhD in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven ability to mobilize and lead over 3000 multicultural professionals
  , with patience and adaptability in diverse contexts
• Willingness to travel as required
