- Conduct comprehensive fundraising research to identify prospective individual and institutional donors
- Collaborate with the frontline fundraising team to align research efforts with fundraising goals
- Assist in preparing well-researched profiles and event briefs for fundraisers and leadership
- Oversee Development Operations projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Monitor project performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience in fundraising, prospect research, or project management
- Proficient in using CRM systems for tracking and reporting purposes
- Familiarity with biographical and financial reference sources for donor prospect research
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Experience working in the K-12 or charter school sector
- Curiosity about and ability to leverage AI for research and project advancement
- Experience engaging with high net-worth donor constituencies
- Knowledge of GDPR and other applicable privacy laws and regulations
