Focus Humanitarian Assistance provides emergency relief, builds resilience and brings response and resettlement programs to communities suffering from natural or man-made disasters. Together with its affiliates in Canada, USA, Australia and Europe, FOCUS works to help the vulnerable reduce their dependence on humanitarian aid by facilitating their transition to disaster resilient communities, creating opportunity for a better quality of life.

FOCUS collaborates closely with several of AKDN agencies, as well as a number of other like-minded agencies and donor partners.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Support the optimization of Blackbaud RENXT for donor data, fundraising operations, and reporting

Provide guidance on best practices in RENXT, including record maintenance, gift processing, list building, and workflows

Assist with the development of queries, reports, dashboards, and exports for donor stewardship and board reporting

Provide expertise on RENXT’s tax receipting capabilities, including setup, customization, and ensuring alignment with CRA requirements

Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and data integrity

Provide training or documentation for internal staff, as needed

About You

Skills and

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Blackbaud RENXT, preferably in a non-profit or fundraising environment

Strong understanding of donor database management, data segmentation, and fundraising reporting

Familiarity with RE Query, Export, Lists, Workflows, and online integrations

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
