We believe transformation happens when people choose one another—and our staff culture reflects that same commitment. We work intentionally, collaboratively, and relationally, supporting one another as we pursue meaningful change in the communities we serve.

The Director of Development & Communications plays a vital role in advancing CRPC’s mission by ensuring the long-term sustainability and visibility of the organization. As a key partner to the Executive Director, this person will help strengthen the resources, relationships, and reputation that fuel our work.
