• Oversee and maintain all social media platforms, creating engaging content to promote BMP’s work
• Implement the monthly newsletter publication process and maintain an editorial calendar for outreach
• Serve as the point of contact for website needs, drafting copy and managing updates
• Support virtual event project management, including marketing and technical assistance
• Lead the design and production of visual content to enhance BMP digital programs

• Minimum of three years of relevant nonprofit work experience
• Demonstrated graphic design experience using Canva or similar tools
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Clear alignment with organizational mission and strong interest in social justice

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Experience with social media networks and email marketing campaigns
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation
• Self-management skills with a proven ability to work independently
