As an Online Small Group Leader Trainer within our Christian non‑profit organization, your mission is to equip and empower small group leaders to effectively lead and disciple others in an online context. You’ll play a crucial role in fostering spiritual growth, community, and authentic relationships.

In this role, you will

• Training and Development
  • Develop and deliver training programs for small group leaders, focusing on effective online leadership.
  • Equip leaders with practical tools, communication skills, and spiritual insights.
• Resource Creation
  • Create training materials, videos, and guides specifically tailored for online small group leadership.
  • Address topics such as facilitating virtual discussions, building community, and handling challenging situations.
• Coaching and Support
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to small group leaders.
  • Assist leaders in adapting their leadership style to the online environment.
• Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Groups Director, Pastors, and other ministry leaders to align training content with our organization’s mission and values.

To excel in this role, you should possess

• Passion for Discipleship: A deep commitment to helping others grow in their faith.
• Online Proficiency:
  Familiarity with virtual communication tools, video conferencing platforms, and online community‑building.

  Previous experience as a small group leader or trainer is beneficial.
