10 Director of Operations is a hands-on systems builder and strategic operator who will design, implement, and manage organizational systems used daily by a fully remote team of nearly 20 people. Working in close collaboration with the Senior Director of Systems & Strategy, this role will lead operational execution across infrastructure, project management, and finance while driving continuous improvement and efficiency across the organization.

This role ensures smooth internal operations and system stewardship, and oversees organizational administration and fiscal management including fund development support. The Director of Operations is a strategic thinker and skilled administrator with a proven ability to manage and optimize systems over time. The role requires agility, cross-sector collaboration, and the ability to lead a fast-growing, innovative organization.

Job Description:The Community & Communications Lead will bring the relational, peer learning and storytelling heart of the TFS initiative to life. This person will lead our learning community efforts, curating meaningful spaces for connection between organizations and growth among grantees. They will also collaborate with the TENx
10 Marketing and Communications team to curate and elevate grantee impact stories and shape a compelling narrative around youth, faith, and service.

Job Description: The TFS Project Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of the Faith & Service Initiative’s grantmaking and operational processes. This role manages the full lifecycle of grants to approximately 98 organizations, supports logistical and administrative needs across the initiative, and ensures internal systems run efficiently.
