We place a positive focus on entrepreneurship enabling youth and young adults to achieve moral maturity to become self-sufficient and less vulnerable.
Responsibilities- Help screen and select the right volunteers by conducting brief interviews and sharing insights with our onboarding team.
- Conduct structured Google Meet interviews (30 mins).
- Use a question guide and take notes.
- Evaluate volunteer fit.
- Communicate findings to the onboarding team.
- Provide a warm and professional experience.
- Strong people skills
