Volunteer Onboarding & Setup Lead Coordinator (Virtual/Online)
We place a positive focus on entrepreneurship enabling youth and young adults to achieve moral maturity to become self-sufficient and less vulnerable.
Help screen and select the right volunteers by conducting brief interviews and sharing insights with our onboarding team.
Responsibilities- Conduct structured Zoom interviews (15-30 mins)
- Use a question guide and take notes
- Evaluate volunteer fit
- Communicate findings to the onboarding team
- Provide a warm and professional experience
- Strong people skills
- Zoom/Google Meet familiarity
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Quick note-taker
- Friendly and engaging
