Percentage of time that could be remote (0-100%): 100% - The Institution Advancement team seeks dedicated and motivated graduate students to assist in communication to alumni and donors to the University, data entry, and grant processing. The role provides an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, engage with diverse constituents, and enhance personal and professional development in non-profit work and fundraising.
Method to assess remote work:
Role will be project based - each project will have a goal with a timeline.
- Serve as a liaison to external constituents to promote Antioch University
- Respond to inquiries from donors and alumni
- Generate content written and video for email, text, social media distribution about your experience with Antioch University as a student and thoughts on provided themes
- Participate on the editing team for external communication (5hrs/wk)
- Enter data for the constituent database (5hrs/wk)
- Support the grant manager with data and processes (5hrs/wk)
- Must be enrolled as a current student at Antioch University
- Must be eligible for work-study funding
- Commitment to the mission of Antioch University
- Willingness to learn and unlearn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Comfort working and communicating on Zoom
