• Conduct briefing sessions for new staff on the PROSPECTS program and related documentation
• Develop tools and resource materials to facilitate information sharing and coordination
• Prepare analytical and strategic papers and briefing notes for senior management and global advocacy events
• Convene and coordinate monthly meetings for the Global Steering Committee and partners
• Support the preparation of key documents and resource materials for major global advocacy fora

• Advanced university degree in Migration, Refugee Studies, Political Science, Economics, Development Studies, or related fields
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in migration and displacement program coordination
• Prior experience working with complex partnerships of UN/multilateral institutions
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with a good understanding of migration and displacement policy issues
• Previous experience with policy and data analysis and reporting with UNICEF or other UN agencies is strongly preferred

• Experience working with the PROSPECTS Partnership is considered an asset
• Familiarity with the Global Compact on Refugees, the Global Compact on Migration, and the SDG monitoring system
