Job Purpose

As we embark on our new three-year funding strategy, we are looking for an innovative and talented fundraiser with at least five years of experience to join the team and help us generate new creative partnerships and opportunities. We are a small, growing team with ambitious fundraising targets and a global reach. There is potential for a number of income streams to grow, particularly philanthropists and creative partnerships with corporations, wealth collaboratives and special events.

Given the current challenging economic and philanthropic environment, we are looking for someone who can generate new fundraising opportunities through creative out-of-the-box thinking to identify and solidify relationships with philanthropists, corporations, global foundations and beyond. You will be able to conceptualise and deliver high-quality fundraising events and appeals, and utilise your experience and imagination to develop new ways of raising large-scale funds.

You will be able to drive change and create successful outcomes.

Existing funders include a mix ofphilanthropists,corporatepartnersand leading foundations. There is significant potential for the development of corporate and high value individualpartnershipswith sectors such as the musicindustryandfemaleentrepreneurs.

We are acollaborative and dynamic team andarelookingfor acolleague withvaluable experience,an innovative and creativemindand the ability to charismaticallybuildmeaningful andprofitablerelationships withourpartnersand supportersto enable us toreachour ambitiousfundraisingplans.

This role will play a big part in helping the organisation to deliver over £650,000 in funding by the end of 2026.

About the role:

• Youwill work closely with the Headof Philanthropy and Partnerships,andthe
  
  CEO to developfundraising opportunitiesanddriveincome viaexistingmajor donors, corporations, trusts and foundations,special eventsandotherinitiatives.
• You willidentifyand cultivaterelationships withnew
  
  HNWIs, corporations and trusts and foundationsto secure5 and 6 figure gifts.
• You will generate concepts and outcomes for new lucrative creative partnerships that are suitable for The Circle, our audience and our supporters.
• You will find and successfully manage opportunities for special events and activities to solicit donations of 5- and 6-figure gifts from new donors.
• You willidentifyand apply to appropriate trustsand foundations, writing compelling and unique applications to secure funding
• You will support,and in some casesidentifyand createnew cases for support, especially for core funding and specific programme work.
• You will create andhelpdrive fundraising activation points across all fundraising partnerships.
