This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Client Intake Manager, based in St. Paul, MN, with opportunities for flexible, remote work. The Client Intake Manager will oversee the intake process for clients seeking legal assistance, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in gathering client information. This role involves managing and training intake staff and volunteers, maintaining case records, and coordinating communication between clients and volunteer lawyers.
Additionally, the Client Intake Manager will develop procedures to enhance the intake workflow and ensure focus on equitable access to services.
- Proficiency in client intake, case management, and maintaining accurate case files
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and administrative coordination skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, staff, and volunteers
- Experience in training, onboarding volunteers, and team leadership
- Proven ability to manage diverse client populations, including individuals from immigrant, refugee, and underserved communities
- Experience in a non‑profit, legal, or social services environment is a plus
- Familiarity with legal practices, processes, and community resources is beneficial
- Proficiency in using case‑management software and other standard office applications
- Bachelor's degree in social services, legal studies, or related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience
