• Organize and manage details for committee meetings, grantee check-ins, and special events
• Track and manage grant requirements, consulting contracts, and grantee reporting
• Develop content for external communications in collaboration with the Communications Director
• Build relationships with grantees and facilitate peer-to-peer learning opportunities
• Support the scheduling and logistics of committee meetings and ensure timely communication

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in philanthropy or non-profit administration
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software tools
• Commitment to the goals and mission of the organization

• Background or interest in early childhood and childcare programming or grassroots organizing
• Familiarity with software for managing membership organizations and virtual environments
• Demonstrated initiative and self-direction in pursuing projects and goals
