Sr. Community & Member Engagement Manager

Through council‑sponsored events, camps, and hands‑on experiences, girls build skills, make lifelong friends, and create unforgettable memories during their most formative years.
What You’ll Do- Lead, plan, and implement council‑wide initiatives that improve member retention phil and enhance volunteer support.
- Build strong partnerships between Membership Recruitment Managers and Member Engagement Managers to align recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.
- Enhance community partnerships and presence with a focus in Fargo.
- Identify and deliver effective training programs that prepare staff and volunteers for success.
- Analyze data and trends to improve program efficiency, effectiveness, and member experience.
- Support and mentor Member Engagement Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and program coverage.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of successful project management experience, volunteer programming leadership, or program operations; PMP certification preferred.
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the Girl Scout mission.
- Strong communication and training skills with the ability to inspire action and drive results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Midwest.
- $52,000 – $55,000 annually, DOE

Monday – Thursday 7am – 6pm, Friday – office closed in the afternoon - Hybrid work environment 3 days in office, 2 days work from home
- Occasional evening and weekend travel, with some overnight travel required across North and South Dakota
- Position based in Fargo, ND
