Through council‑sponsored events, camps, and hands‑on experiences, girls build skills, make lifelong friends, and create unforgettable memories during their most formative years.

• Lead, plan, and implement council‑wide initiatives that improve member retention phil and enhance volunteer support.
• Build strong partnerships between Membership Recruitment Managers and Member Engagement Managers to align recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Enhance community partnerships and presence with a focus in Fargo.
• Identify and deliver effective training programs that prepare staff and volunteers for success.
• Analyze data and trends to improve program efficiency, effectiveness, and member experience.
• Support and mentor Member Engagement Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and program coverage.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of successful project management experience, volunteer programming leadership, or program operations; PMP certification preferred.
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the Girl Scout mission.
• Strong communication and training skills with the ability to inspire action and drive results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Midwest.

• $52,000 – $55,000 annually, DOE

  Monday – Thursday 7am – 6pm, Friday – office closed in the afternoon
• Hybrid work environment 3 days in office, 2 days work from home
• Occasional evening and weekend travel, with some overnight travel required across North and South Dakota
• Position based in Fargo, ND
