Job Title: Part‑Time Non‑profit community representative
Reports To: Operations Coordinator and/or Executive Director
Location: Corpus Christi, TX (Office and Field‑Based with Occasional Remote Work)
Job Type: Part‑Time (possible full‑time) Salary
Pay: $20 per hr. ($52k per year Part‑time to Full‑time)

Position SummaryThe Part‑Time Non‑profit community representative plays a key role in increasing awareness and generating support गया org… This person will represent the organization in the community, build relationships with potential partners and donors, secure sponsor ships, and support outreach events and marketing efforts. This position is ideal for a self‑motivated communicator who is passionate about our mission and enjoys connecting with others.
Key Responsibilities Community Outreach & Relationship Building- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with corporate sponsors, local businesses, faith‑based groups, civic organizations, and individual donors.
- Conduct in‑person meetings and presentations to share the organization’s missionípio and impact.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective supporters and donors.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue and outreach goals.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
- Represent the organization at community events, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal staff to align messaging and branding.
- Support Marketing for fundraising events, awareness campaigns, and donor engagement activities.
- Secure in‑kind donations, vendor partnerships, and sponsor shipsോറ events.
- Participate in post‑event follow‑up and recognition ասել.
- Track contacts, interactions, and progress using donor management software.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership on outreach activities, goals, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of partnerships and donor agreements.
- Passion for anti‑trafficking work and alignment with the organization’s values.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, fundraising, business development, or community outreach (non‑profit experience a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
