A nonprofit agency in Georgia is seeking a TFC Family Consultant to support youth in therapeutic foster care. This role involves coordinating care plans, ensuring therapeutic interventions, and building supportive relationships with foster families. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage diverse situations effectively.
